Job summary

BDO Network Bank is seeking an Account Officer for Salary Loans Group to generate quality Non-DepEd Salary loan accounts and meet sales quota. You will identify institutions, assess suitability, and build partnerships with HR and payroll contacts.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, at least 3 years in sales or marketing, and familiarity with Salary Loan products. This role offers growth within a respected financial group and a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any 4- or 5-year degree course.
• Direct experience in sales and marketing (strategic selling and negotiation skills).
• At least 3 years of work experience in the related field.
• Must be familiar with Salary Loan Products.

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate and accredit potential Non-DepEd Institutions that can be accommodated and offered with our Salary Loan Product and other BDONB Products.
• Generate quality Non-DepEd Salary Loan accounts and ensuring that sales quota is met.
• Establish and maintain good business relationship with the Head of the Institutions, Department Heads, HR Head, Payroll In-charge and other key personnel.
• Handle inquiries and concerns of internal and external clients and serves as liaison with other units in the resolution of operational or service issues.
