BDO Network Bank is seeking an Account Officer for Salary Loans Group to generate quality Non-DepEd Salary loan accounts and ensure sales quota is met. The role involves identifying potential institutions, accrediting them, and promoting Salary Loan products.

You will build relationships with heads of institutions, HR, payroll in-charges, and other stakeholders, handle inquiries, and coordinate with other units to resolve service issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (4 or 5-year program) is required.
• At least 3 years of work experience in sales or related field.
• Familiar with Salary Loan products.
• Willing to be assigned in Ilagan / Santiago Isabela.

Job Summary

The Account Officer for Salary Loans Group is responsible for generating quality Non DepEd Salary loan accounts and ensuring that sales quota is met.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate and accredit potential Non-DepEd Institutions that can be accommodated and offered with our Salary Loan Product and other BDONB Products.

• Generate quality Non-DepEd Salary Loan accounts and ensuring that sales quota is met.

• Establish and maintain good business relationship with the Head of the Institutions, Department Heads , HR Head , Payroll In-charge and other key personnel.

• Handle inquiries and concerns of internal and external clients and serves as liaison with other units in the resolution of operational or service issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree Holder / Graduate of any 4-year or 5-year degree course

• Must have direct experience in sales and marketing (strategic selling and negotiation skills)

• At least 3 years of work experience in the related field is required

• Must be familiar with Salary Loan Products

• Willing to be assigned in Ilagan / Santiago Isabela
