FELCO, the Firefly Electric & Lighting Corp., is seeking a Field Sales Officer to grow a territory across Region 1, including Abra, Ilocos Sur, and La Union. You will build lasting client relationships and drive revenue growth for trusted Filipino brands.

The role requires frequent multi-day trips to ensure coverage and proactive account management, meeting sales and collection targets, and expanding both new and revived accounts.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of sales experience, preferably in field-based roles and FMCG.
• Graduate in Business, Marketing, Economics, or Engineering.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent in time management, lead generation, and territory coverage.
• Collaborative and results-oriented mindset.
• Willing to be assigned in areas in North Luzon.

Take ownership of a growing territory across Region 1:

• Abra, Ilocos Sur, La Union

As our Field Sales Officer, you'll build lasting client relationships while driving revenue growth for trusted Filipino brands.

To succeed and grow in this role, you will be required to meet the following qualifications:

• Graduate of Business, Marketing, Economics, or Engineering

• At least 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in field-based roles and from FMCG and related industries

• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

• Excellent in time management, lead generation, and territory coverage

• Collaborative and results-oriented mindset

• Willing to be assigned in areas in North Luzon.
