Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a Sales Officer to drive revenue growth and build a sales team. The role includes recruiting, training, and managing sales agents to meet targets within the assigned area.

Responsibilities cover acquiring new clients, supporting loan applications to release, and promoting loan products, while maintaining strong client relationships and reporting on activities.

Qualifications

• Solid field sales experience, preferably in direct selling or the financing industry.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and the ability to drive a four-wheeled vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Find new clients through field marketing, referrals, and other sales activities.
• Assist clients from loan application to loan release.
• Build and maintain good relationships with clients.
• Visit clients and identify new business opportunities.
• Promote the company's loan products and services.
• Meet monthly sales and loan targets.
• Coordinate client concerns with the appropriate departments.
• Prepare and submit sales and activity reports.
• Onboarding of sales agents to increase sales production in the whole covered areas.
