JITO in Bharuch is seeking an energetic Field Sales Executive to develop new business and relationships across the Bharuch & Ankleshwar industrial region. The role involves regular field visits, lead generation, customer meetings, requirement understanding, and coordination with technical teams to deliver solutions.

You will prepare quotations, negotiate orders, manage the sales pipeline, and work with Pre-Sales, Operations and Finance to meet monthly and quarterly targets.

• Maintain sales pipeline and daily/weekly reports.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Coordinate with Pre-Sales, Technical, Operations and Finance teams.
• Monitor market trends and follow up on payments as applicable.

• Build relationships with IT Heads, Purchase Managers, Admin/Facility Heads and Business Owners.
• Understand requirements and coordinate with technical team for suitable solutions.
• Prepare, present and follow up on quotations, proposals and commercial discussions.
• Negotiate and convert qualified opportunities into orders.
• Maintain follow-up with existing/prospective customers and develop long-term relationships.
• Maintain customer database, sales pipeline and daily/weekly reports.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Coordinate with Pre-Sales, Technical, Operations and Finance teams.
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends and customer requirements.
• Follow up on payments and outstanding dues wherever applicable.
