Job summary

PMI is seeking a Field Commercial Executive in the Marikina area to drive sales, build strong retailer relationships, and support commercial initiatives. This on-site position requires frequent travel within the territory to maximize product visibility and performance.

You will negotiate, sell PMFTC products, and execute programs aimed at achieving volume, distribution, and receivables targets while maintaining high ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.
• Experience in field sales or trade marketing is an advantage.
• Exposure to sales and marketing projects, programs, and initiatives.
• Willing and able to travel within assigned territories and ride a panel truck/L300 when required.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate, sell, and distribute PMFTC products to assigned outlets to achieve sales and business objectives.
• Execute commercial programs and activities to deliver volume, distribution, and collection targets.
• Analyze retail and customer profiles to identify opportunities and implement demand-generation initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers to ensure quality customer service and strengthen business partnerships.
• Coordinate with business-building partners to maximize brand visibility, trial generation, and promoter deployment.
• Educate consumers on product features, benefits, and proper usage while ensuring compliance with marketing guidelines.
• Monitor daily collections and accounts receivable to ensure adherence to company credit policies and minimize bad debts.
• Uphold company values, integrity, and ethical standards while fostering a positive and productive work environment.
