Philip Morris International in Marikina is seeking a Field Commercial Executive to drive sales, build strong retailer relationships, and support the company's commercial transformation. This onsite role follows a Monday to Saturday pattern with flexible timing.

You will negotiate, sell, and distribute PMFTC products to outlets, implement programs to improve volume and collection, analyze retailer profiles to spot opportunities, and collaborate with partners to boost brand visibility and trials

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and selling skills.
• Experience in field sales or trade marketing is advantageous.
• Willing and able to travel within assigned territories.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate, sell, and distribute PMFTC products to outlets to achieve sales and business objectives.
• Execute commercial programs and activities to deliver volume, distribution, and collection targets.
• Analyze retail and customer profiles to identify opportunities and implement demand-generation initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers to ensure quality customer service and strengthen business partnerships.
• Coordinate with business-building partners to maximize brand visibility, trial generation, and promoter deployment.
• Educate consumers on product features, benefits, and proper usage while ensuring compliance with marketing guidelines.
• Monitor daily collections and accounts receivable to ensure adherence to company credit policies and minimize bad debts.
• Uphold company values, integrity, and ethical standards while fostering a positive and productive work environment.
