Neltex Development Co. Inc. is seeking a Sales Agent to support the Regional Sales Manager in achieving sales objectives across the assigned district. The role emphasizes building professional sales techniques and developing long-term relationships with customers.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of sales experience, is willing to perform full-time field work, and preferably holds a four-year degree or college level education. Experience with hardware stores is an advantage.

The Sales Agent supports the Regional Sales Manager in attaining the sales objectives based on Total Portfolio Selling (TPS) in the assigned district. He is responsible for complying the AKS (Attitude, Knowledge and Skills) parameters and build professional sales techniques in order to develop a long-term working relationship with the customer.

Requirements

• Preferably Graduate of any four years course or at least college level.
• With selling experience in construction related products is an advantage.
• Knowledgeable and has wide range of clients in general trade (Hardware Stores) is an advantage.
• Know how to handle existing accounts and create/open new accounts
• Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience is required
• Willing to do Full-time field works.
