Arkema, a global leader in Innovative Materials, is seeking a results-driven Distributor/Sales Manager to strengthen route-to-market in the Philippines. The role emphasizes distributor and inventory management, product placement, and sales execution across key outlets in Metro Manila.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in retail sales, strong English and Filipino communication, and solid understanding of credit and collection and P&L concepts.

Qualifications

• Knowledge: Distributor management, inventory management, merchandising display, in-depth product orientation, financial know-how (credit and collection, P&L).
• Skills/Abilities: sales aptitude, business communications in English and Filipino, negotiation skills, customer service.
• Attitude: self-motivated, team player, ethical and proactive.

Responsibilities

• Ensures completeness of product placement in all primary outlets based on must-carry list standard.
• Places products in target outlets based on agreed census (numeric >reach).
• Monitors inventory per direct account and DSO.
• Pipelining of new products versus target outlets.
• Conducts 320 sales calls per month.
