Job summary

RAM Food Products Inc. is seeking a Distributor Sales Supervisor to lead a designated distributor territory in the Philippines. The role focuses on driving sales, expanding distribution, and boosting visibility across key channels through hands-on coaching of distributor sales personnel.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in distributor sales, strong leadership and negotiation skills, and the readiness to travel to cover assigned areas and align with finance and supply chain teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of distributor sales experience.
• Excellent people management and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work with distributor cross-functional teams including finance and supply chain.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales target for the assigned territory based on monthly, quarterly and annual plan
• Increase distribution, availability, coverage and visibility of SKUs in key channels especially downline
• Coach distributor sales personnel to maximize growth potential in the area
• Drive productivity targets so at least 80% of the account universe purchases monthly
• Identify issues and opportunities that will drive sales growth and take action
• Review territory plan monthly with distributor owner and management team
• Spend 90% of time in the field coaching distributor sales personnel and spotting opportunities
• Propose effective route to market model to maximize territory saturation
• Ensure sales and distribution statistics are prepared, analyzed, interpreted, and communicated
• Report directly to Regional Distributor Manager
