Job summary

Firefly Electric & Lighting Corp. is seeking a Field Sales Associate to cover Cebu and surrounding areas. You will identify new business opportunities and revive inactive accounts while ensuring sales targets are met.

The role requires frequent multi-day trips within the territory and strong relationship management with clients. Graduate in Business or Engineering is preferred; fresh graduates welcomed with 1–2 years of sales experience.

• Willing to be assigned across Cebu area.

Take ownership of a growing territory across Cebu:

• Lapu-lapu with Cordova, Cebu City, Talisay City
• South Cebu province from Minglanilia to Ginatilan and Balamban
• Mandaue City & Consolacion
• Liloan to Sogod including Camotes Island
• Borbon to Daan Bantayan with Bantayan Island

As our Field Sales Associate (Jr. Sales Development Officer), you will identify new business opportunities and revive inactive accounts within your assigned area, ensuring they meet sales and collection targets. This role requires frequent multi-day trips throughout the territory to ensure comprehensive coverage and client relationship management.

Other responsibilities include:
