About the Role

Take ownership of our growing territory across Cebu (South)!

The Field Sales Representative for Top Accounts drives growth and profitability by executing account development strategies within the assigned territory. This role requires a deep understanding of customer needs to ensure high satisfaction levels while delivering exceptional and timely service to both internal and external clients, facilitating smooth transactional processes, and cultivating strong business relationships.

Other responsibilities include:

• Generate leads and serve as the primary point of contact for top-account customer inquiries and concerns.

• Cultivate and sustain strong business relationships with distributors and top accounts, ensuring a seamless customer experience and contributing to sales growth.

• Achieve collection goals for active accounts and efficiently resolve outstanding balances from inactive accounts while adhering to company policies and industry standards.

• Implement promotional strategies within the assigned customer base to promote FELCO products to potential clients.

• Collaborate with internal teams to promptly address invoicing, collection, and delivery concerns.

To succeed and grow in this role, you will be required to meet the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field, preferably in a business-related course.

• Proficiency in negotiation and product selling.

• At least 3 (three) years of relevant field sales experience, preferably in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry.

• Good interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

• Willingness to travel and conduct fieldwork.

• Willing to be assigned in areas in Cebu (South).
