Job summary

Firefly Electric & Lighting Corporation is seeking a Field Sales Representative to own a growing Cebu territory, including Mandaue City and Consolacion. You will develop lasting client relationships and drive revenue growth for trusted Filipino brands while traveling across the territory to ensure complete coverage.

The role requires frequent multi-day trips and proactive account development, negotiations, and territory planning to maximize potential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, Economics, or Engineering.
• 1–2 years of sales experience, preferably in field roles and FMCG.
• Willing to cover Mandaue City & Consolacion area.

Responsibilities

• Meet sales and collection targets through field selling and client negotiations.
• Develop new accounts and revive inactive ones to maximize territory potential.
• Plan and execute coverage, prospecting, merchandising, and promotional activities.
• Maintain accurate documentation and care for company tools and property.

To succeed and grow in this role, you will be required to meet the following qualifications:

• Graduate of Business, Marketing, Economics, or Engineering
• At least 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in field-based roles and from FMCG and related industries
• Willing to be assigned in areas in the area mentioned above.
