ZC KINGS MANPOWER COOPERATIVE in Quezon City, Metro Manila is seeking a dynamic Sales Agent (Field Partnership) to develop field partnerships and drive sales growth. You will work independently in the field while being part of a supportive sales team.

The role involves identifying opportunities, presenting services to partners, negotiating terms, meeting sales targets, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing service delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales or field sales roles.
• Track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Experience with CRM and sales tools.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
• Experience in manpower or recruitment is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Identify and develop new field partnerships to expand market reach.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients through field visits.
• Present company services to potential partners and articulate value.
• Negotiate partnership agreements and terms.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets consistently.
• Prepare sales reports, pipeline forecasts, and updates.
• Collaborate with internal teams for onboarding and service delivery.
• Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.
