What Youll Do

• Drive revenue growth by leading and empowering a team of sales agents
• Build your team from the ground uprecruit, train, and develop field agents
• Strategize and execute daily sales activities such as caravans, flyering, and client visits
• Engage clients directly through telemarketing, house-to-house, and branch coordination
• Monitor performance, coach agents, and manage end-to-end loan application process
• Attend pensioner meetings, support community engagement, and uphold service excellence
• Ensure timely reporting, CRM updates, and administrative compliance
• A strong leader with field sales experience
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Proven ability to recruit, motivate, and manage a team
• Highly organized and committed to hitting sales targets
• Can drive a motorcycle with valid driver's license
• Experience in financial services is a plus!
