BDO Unibank, Inc. is seeking an Account Officer for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in Laguna, Philippines. The role focuses on achieving loan volume targets while maintaining profitability, credit quality, and excellent customer service.

You will actively solicit microfinance loan accounts, assess applicant qualifications, and coordinate with other units to process and service loans. MS Word/Excel skills and fieldwork experience are valued; motorcycle license is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Strong selling, communication and customer service skills are essential.
• Basic mathematical knowledge is required.
• Familiarity with MS Word and MS Excel is preferred.
• Fieldwork and sales experience in microfinance is an advantage.
• Driving a motorcycle is an advantage.
