BDONetworkBank in the Philippines is seeking a dedicated Loan Officer to achieve microfinance loan volume targets while maintaining profitability and good credit quality. You will actively solicit loan accounts and ensure smooth processing and client service.

The role requires strong selling and communication skills, basic math, and integrity. Familiarity with MS Word/Excel and fieldwork in microfinance is preferred; driving a motorcycle is a plus, enabling field visits.

Competenze

Graduate of any 4 year degree course.
Strong selling, communication and customer service skills.
Basic mathematical knowledge.
High integrity.
Familiar with word processing & spreadsheets.
Fieldwork and sales experience in Microfinance is advantageous.
Driving a motorcycle is preferred.

Mansioni

Actively solicit microfinance loan accounts to meet the business needs of the customer
Analyze overall loan applicant’s qualifications to determine feasibility of granting loans
Initiates credit and collection activities to ensure credit quality of accounts
Coordinates with concerned officers and/or other units related to processing and servicing of loan applications and loan clients
Ensures adherence to the bank’s policies and procedures
Execute sales and/or marketing activities that will achieve volume targets
Attends to inquiries and other requirements of the clients
Review and update customer loan files, loan agreements, etc. to ensure adequacy for credit processing and loan booking.
Perform other functions that may be assigned to him/her
