Responsibilities

• Identifies, solicits and maintains desirable loan accounts in the assigned area.
• Implements marketing strategies to achieve loan origination targets.
• Gathers, assesses and validates loan requirements for credit evaluation.
• Assesses funding structures suitable to clients’ needs.
• Implements proactive account monitoring and servicing for portfolio quality.
• Provides inputs for policy and guideline improvements in lending operations.
• Performs other tasks as assigned by the supervising Business Manager.
