Qualifications

• Graduate of a 4-year degree in business-related disciplines (Finance / Management / Economics).
• Previous sales experience is needed but open to fresh graduates with good sales acumen.
• Familiarity with the branch community (markets, target segment, local network).
• Willing to do field work (95% of the time).

Responsibilities

• Identifies, solicits and maintains desirable loan accounts in the assigned area.
• Implements marketing strategies to achieve loan origination targets.
• Gathers, assesses and validates loan documentary requirements for credit evaluation.
• Assesses funding structures suitable to clients' needs.
• Implements proactive account monitoring to maintain loan portfolio quality.
• Provides inputs for policy improvements in lending operations.
• Performs other tasks as assigned by the supervising Business Manager.
