Responsibilities

• Identify, solicit and maintain desirable loan accounts in the assigned area.
• Implement marketing strategies to achieve loan origination targets.
• Gather, assess and validate loan documentary requirements and data for credit evaluation.
• Assess funding structures suited to clients' needs.
• Proactively monitor and service accounts to maintain loan portfolio quality.
• Provide inputs to improve lending policies and guidelines.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Financial Inclusion and Microfinance Solutions Group supervisor.
