Qualifications

• Graduate of a 4-year degree, preferably in business-related disciplines (Finance/Management/Economics).
• Previous sales experience is preferred; fresh graduates with strong sales aptitude are welcome.
• Familiarity with the branch community, main markets, target segments and local networks.
• Willing to do field work (about 95% of the time).

Responsibilities

• Identify, solicit, and maintain desirable loan accounts within the assigned area.
• Implement marketing strategies to achieve loan origination targets.
• Gather, assess, and validate loan documentary requirements for credit evaluation.
• Determine funding structures suitable to clients' present needs.
• Monitor and service accounts to maintain loan portfolio quality.
• Suggest improvements to lending policies and guidelines.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervising Business Manager.
