Job summary

BPI Direct Banko, Inc. is seeking a Loan Associate to help achieve loan origination targets and maintain a high-quality loan portfolio through proactive relationship management.

The role involves soliciting loan accounts, collecting and validating documentary requirements, assessing funding structures, and supporting policy improvements under the Financial Inclusion and Microfinance Solutions Group. Field work is required (about 95% of the time).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field.
• Prior sales experience is preferred but fresh graduates with strong sales sense may apply.
• Familiarity with the branch community and local networks is a plus.
• Willingness to do field work (95% of the time).

Responsibilities

• Identifies, solicits and maintains desirable loan accounts in the assigned area.
• Implements marketing strategies to achieve loan origination targets.
• Gathers and validates loan documents and salient business information for credit evaluation.
• Assesses funding structures suitable to client needs.
• Implements proactive account monitoring and servicing to maintain loan portfolio quality.
• Provides inputs for enhancements to lending policies and guidelines.
• Performs other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
