Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• 3–5 years of field collections, credit management, or AR experience.
• At least 2 years in supervisory or team leadership.
• Strong knowledge of collection strategies and delinquency control.
• Excellent leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and reporting tools.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate a team of field collectors to meet targets.
• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly collections performance and provide feedback.
• Develop and implement collection strategies to maximize recovery.
• Conduct regular team meetings, reviews, and training sessions.
• Review portfolio trends, aging reports, and collection metrics.
• Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and ethical practices.
• Handle escalated customer concerns and negotiate payment arrangements.
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Risk, and Customer Service to improve processes.
• Prepare and submit performance reports to regional and senior management.
• Identify process improvements and operational enhancements.
