You will lead field collectors, drive portfolio performance, and ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements. You will develop collection strategies to maximize recovery, monitor performance, and collaborate with Operations, Finance, Risk, and Customer Service to improve processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 3–5 years in field collections, credit management, or accounts receivable.
• At least 2 years in supervision or team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate a team of field collectors to meet targets.
• Monitor collections performance daily, weekly, and monthly; provide feedback.
• Develop and implement strategies to maximize recovery and reduce delinquency.
• Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
• Review portfolio trends, aging reports, and metrics.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Handle escalated customer concerns and negotiate payment plans.
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Risk, and Customer Service to improve processes.
• Prepare and submit performance reports to regional and senior management.
• Identify process improvements and operational enhancements.
