Job summary

City Savings Bank is seeking an experienced Telecollections Team Leader to lead, coach, and motivate a team of Collections Associates in achieving collection targets and KPIs. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least three years of Team Leader experience in collections, preferably within banking or financial services.

Strong leadership, reporting, and communication skills are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
• At least 3 years of Team Leader experience in collections.
• 5–7 years of collections experience, preferably in banking or financial services.
• Experience handling collections for salary, pension, motorcycle, personal, auto loans.
• Strong leadership, coaching, reporting, and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate Collections Associates to achieve targets.
• Monitor KPIs and provide performance feedback.
