Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any related field.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Team Leader in a collections environment.
• 5 years of collections experience, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
• Experience handling collections for salary, pension, motorcycle, personal, auto, and other consumer loan products.
• Strong leadership, coaching, reporting, and analytical skills.
• Proficient in Excel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Tele collections Associates.
• Monitor team performance and ensure collection targets and KPIs are achieved.
• Conduct regular coaching, performance reviews, and team huddles.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
• Handle escalated collection cases and implement process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and collection procedures.
