Job summary

Billease is hiring a collections supervisor to lead a field team in General Santos. You will coach, set targets, monitor performance, and ensure policy compliance while optimizing collection strategies.

Ideal candidates have 3-5 years in leadership roles within collections and a strong grasp of Philippine regulations. You will coordinate with Training and Operations to maintain smooth processes and client relations.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of Field Collectors, setting clear goals and coaching members.
• Develop and implement collection strategies tailored to General Santos City market.
• Oversee daily activities, monitor performance metrics and identify improvements.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Resolve customer concerns and escalations professionally and timely.
• Analyze and report on team performance, identify trends and opportunities.
• Maintain understanding of relevant regulations and compliance in collections.
• Collaborate with Training and Operations to ensure a seamless collection process.
• Represent Billease professionally in interactions with clients and partners.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in collections supervisor or leadership role
