Job summary

Billease is seeking a Field Collection Officer to contact delinquent customers and discuss repayment options within La Paz, Tarlac or Concepcion. The role requires field work, physical fitness, and reliable transportation.

Ideal candidates are physically fit, own a motorcycle, have a valid driving license and are computer and digitally literate, with strong negotiation, persuasion, and self-motivation. Field collection experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Residence in La Paz, Tarlac or Concepcion, Tarlac.
• Willing to do field work and travel within assigned area.
• Physically fit.
• Experience in field collection preferred but not required.
• Must have a valid/updated driving license and own a registered motorcycle.
• Computer and digital literacy.
• Strong negotiation and persuasive skills; goal-oriented, self-motivated and disciplined.

Responsibilities

• Contact delinquent customers to discuss account status.
• Assess customer stories and propose beneficial solutions.
• Follow up on repayment promises for past-due accounts.
• Identify and escalate uncooperative accounts to Legal.

The Job

• Contacts delinquent customers to discuss account status.
• Inform and assess the customer's story and suggest a beneficial solution.
• Follow up on repayments promises customers of past due payment.
• Identify and upscale uncooperative customers to Legal.

The Ideal Candidate

• You Live in La Paz Tarlac or Concepcion Tarlac.
• Willing to do field work.

• Field collection experience is required but not necessary
