Larix Credit Collection Specialist Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Team Leader – Collection Specialist to supervise, coach, and drive our debt collection team in Makati.

You will lead daily operations, align targets with company goals, and ensure compliance with applicable collection laws. The role emphasizes coaching, performance reviews, and strategic recovery actions across diverse portfolios, including loans and credit accounts.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of supervisory experience in debt collection.
• Proven track record managing a team of Collection Specialists.
• Extensive experience across portfolios (bank loans, credit cards, online lending, collateralized loans).
• Strong knowledge of debt collection processes and recovery strategies.
• Familiarity with Philippine consumer protection laws and BSP regulations.
• Ability to monitor calls, coach staff, and drive performance.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Targets-driven with ability to meet/exceed collection targets.

Job description

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Team Leader – Collection Specialist to supervise, coach, and lead our debt collection team. The ideal candidate must have extensive experience in handling various collection accounts, strong leadership capabilities, and the ability to drive team performance while ensuring compliance with applicable collection laws and regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of Collection Specialists to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets.
• Monitor collection calls and evaluate agents' performance to ensure quality, productivity, and compliance.
• Conduct regular coaching, mentoring, and performance evaluations to improve collection strategies and recovery rates.
• Monitor individual and overall team performance through collection reports and performance metrics.
• Maintain team morale and promote a productive, disciplined, and target-driven working environment.

Qualifications

• At least 1–2 years of experience in a supervisory, team leader, or coaching capacity within the debt collection industry.
• Proven experience handling and managing a team of Collection Specialists.
• Extensive experience handling multiple and diverse collection portfolios, including bank loans and credit card accounts, secured loans and accounts with collateral, online lending platforms and Legal Fintech accounts, and other consumer lending and financial institution accounts.
• Strong working knowledge of debt collection processes, negotiation techniques, recovery strategies, and account management.
• Familiarity with Philippine consumer protection laws and applicable BSP regulations.
• Proven ability to conduct call monitoring, coach and mentor staff, manage shift schedules, and drive team performance.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Results-oriented with the ability to meet and exceed collection targets.
