Job summary

BillEase is seeking a field-focused collections agent in the Philippines to contact delinquent customers, assess their stories, and propose workable repayment options. You will perform daily field visits to local barangays such as POBLACION, MAA, BAJADA, BUHANGIN, LANANG, SASA, PANACAN, CABANTIAN, and INDANGAN to secure timely settlements.

The ideal candidate has collections or customer service experience, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a goal-oriented mindset.

The Ideal Candidate

• Qualifications: Preferably with experience in collections, field operations, or customer service. Must have good communication and negotiation skills, be responsible and goal-oriented, and be willing to conduct daily field visits and met collection targets.
  
• Preferred Location: Must reside in or near the following barangays in Davao City: POBLACION, MAA, BAJADA, BUHANGIN, LANANG, SASA, PANACAN, CABANTIAN, or INDANGAN. Familiarity with these areas is an advantage.
