BillEase is seeking a field-focused collections agent in the Philippines to contact delinquent customers, assess their stories, and propose workable repayment options. You will perform daily field visits to local barangays such as POBLACION, MAA, BAJADA, BUHANGIN, LANANG, SASA, PANACAN, CABANTIAN, and INDANGAN to secure timely settlements.

The ideal candidate has collections or customer service experience, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a goal-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience in collections, field operations, or customer service.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Willing to conduct daily field visits and meet collection targets.

Responsabilités

• Contact delinquent customers to discuss account status.
• Inform and assess the customer story and suggest a beneficial solution.
• Follow up on repayments promises customers of past due payment.
• Identify and escalate uncooperative customers to Legal.
