You will drive commercial performance across your territory by engaging healthcare professionals and executing strategic plans that align with national priorities. You will collaborate with medical and cross-functional teams, utilize in-person and digital channels, and adapt to an evolving market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Chemistry, or Biology.
• 5+ years of sales experience within biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry.
• Proven track record to manage territories, key accounts, account planning, targeting, and segmentation.
• Experience communicating scientific and commercial messages to healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

• Develop positive relationships with key healthcare professionals, communicating the value of our portfolio.
• Execute the brand strategy within the territory through high-quality scientific and commercial interactions.
• Design and implement territory plans aligned with the national strategy, using data and market insights.
• Identify, segment, and prioritize key accounts and stakeholders to maximize impact and patient access.
• Collaborate with medical and cross-functional teams to implement regional initiatives and programs.
• Utilize both in-person and digital channels to optimize customer engagement and brand presence.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity, sharing insights with the broader organization.
