Job summary

Leslie Corporation is seeking a Finished Goods Warehouse Manager to oversee the warehouse operations, ensure on-time delivery to requesting departments, and coordinate with other warehouses and logistics for loading and delivery.

Reporting to Top Management, the role requires GMP/HACCP compliance, inventory control, cost-conscious operation, and strong leadership to coach and develop warehouse staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/Business Management/Operations Management or related field.
• 3+ years in Operations Management or Warehousing Management
• Excellent communication, people handling, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Inventory and warehousing management skills
• Leadership and people management skills
• At least 5 years of FG Warehouse Management experience in FMCG.

Responsibilities

• Maintains overall warehousing operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing operational procedures.
• Strict compliance with GMP, HACCP, and Safety
• Ensures stock availability is within standards, maintains efficient inventory levels to meet daily production needs, and controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with the data storage system.
• Achieves business financial objectives by maintaining optimal operations (facilities and manpower) within the prescribed budget per the warehouse.
• Maintains warehouse staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
