Job summary

OSM Manufacturing Philippines Corp. is seeking a Warehouse Manager to organize and manage warehouse operations, ensuring inventory accuracy and supporting sustainable growth.

You will lead a team, submit timely reports to superiors, and implement improvements to drive efficiency. Responsibilities include maintaining inventory accuracy, overseeing day-to-day activities, coordinating with other departments, and ensuring timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or any 4-year course.
• 3–5 years of working experience in warehouse operations and management.
• Proficient in MS Office and warehouse software.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high level of customer satisfaction through excellence in dispatching, receiving, and ensuring quality of products.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and oversee day-to-day activity and transactions of warehouse and subordinates.
• Identify areas of improvement and establish innovative and developed work procedures and practices.
• Create and review processes, and ensure proper execution and continuous improvement.
• Maintain and track records and prepare necessary documentation.
• Assign workloads and daily tasks of warehouse associates.
• Review and analyze timelines of scheduled delivery of shipments.
• Control and monitor stock levels and ensure replenishment of picking zones on time.
• Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching, and assuring quality of goods.
• Measure reports on effectiveness of warehousing activities and employee performance.
• Perform daily inspection of warehouse grounds.
• Implement Good Warehousing practices (GWP).
• Demonstrate ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
• Coordinate activities with other departments.
• Supervise, train and evaluate subordinates.

Job Qualifications

• Knowledge of warehouse software packages.
• Computer literate, proficient in MS office.

• Must have initiative and be resourceful at work.
• Flexibility and willingness to work on a shifting schedule, overtime, holiday when needed.
