Job summary

Concreat Holdings Philippines, Inc. in Cebu seeks a Facilities Manager to oversee renovations, office space planning, vendor management, and compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards including permits for government agencies.

You will help create a productive, secure work environment for employees at the plant and offsite facilities, coordinating with contractors and building systems knowledge (AutoCAD/BAS/SketchUp).

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Admin or related field; preferably licensed Civil Engineer and/or Architect.
• Experience: 1–2 years in facilities management, preferably in a manufacturing facility environment.
• Technical Skills: Knowledge of building systems, maintenance procedures, and safety regulations.
• Soft Skills: Strong organizational, negotiation, and communication skills; ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Certifications (Preferred): OSHA, NEBOSH, or equivalent safety certifications.
• With fundamental knowledge in AutoCAD, BAS, SketchUp, SolidWorks, BricsCAD, or related software.
