Job description
Supervise and provide leadership to multidisciplinary teams, including maintenance staff, technicians and security personnel. this includes performance management, coaching, and developing staff
Plan and execute maintenance activities to ensure plant machinery and equipment reliability, which involves identifying best planned maintenance strategies and coordinating with the purchasing department for external maintenance contracts.
Periodically conduct maintenance surveys and safety audits to determine repair and renovation needs.
Initiate improvement, cleanliness, maintenance and order in the bulding
Prioritizes technical work to be done in accordance to safety, time duration and budget/
Attends to tenant (Red Square) inquiries, complaints and request in relation to building concerns.

Job Requirements
Graduate of Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent;
License Electrical/Mechanical Engineer is an advantage;
with 5 years of experience in facilities management with leadership responsibilities.
