Job summary

• Oversee daily facility systems operations (Aircon, ventilation, UPS, PACU, FDAS, AFSS, electrical, plumbing).
• Monitor preventive maintenance and conduct inspections.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment failures.
• Coordinate with building management and contractors.
• Monitor system performance and drive energy efficiency improvements.
• Maintain building automation systems (BMS) and ensure safety compliance.

Facility Engineer (Licensed Mechanical/Electrical) - Mckinley

A Facility Engineer manages and maintains facility systems for BPO such as Aircon, ventilation, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and mechanical systems. They ensure the facility operates smoothly, complies with safety standards, and supports business operations.

Key responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of facility systems (Aircon, ventilation, UPS, PACU, FDAS, AFSS, electrical, plumbing, etc.)

Monitor preventive maintenance and conduct periodic facility inspections

Troubleshoot and repair equipment failures

Coordinate with building management and contractors

Monitor performance of facility systems to ensure efficiency

Implement upgrades or improvements to enhance functionality

Maintain building automation systems (BMS)

Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards

Conduct safety audits and risk assessments

Maintain fire protection and emergency systems

About you

Manage facility-related projects such as renovations, installations, and upgrades

Monitor energy usage and recommend cost-saving initiatives

Support sustainability initiatives

Address client raised concerns in a timely manner

Maintain maintenance logs, reports, and system documentation

Track KPIs such as equipment downtime and maintenance costs
