Job summary

JLLSPI in Makati, Philippines is seeking an Engineering Services professional to oversee service delivery, contract compliance and performance reporting for on-site facilities.

The role focuses on developing and maintaining playbooks for MVAC, Electrical, Auxiliaries, Fire Protection and Water systems, ensuring alignment with SOWs, SLAs and KPIs while enabling site EH&S programs.

Responsibilities

• Responsible & Accountable for the service delivery of contractual SOW, SLA & KPI
• Responsible & Accountable for the development of Engineer, Maintenance & Operations playbook (MVAC, Electrical, Auxiliaries, Fire Protection, Smoke control ventilation, Water system
• Responsible & Accountable for the service contract administration and compliance
• Responsible & Accountable for the performance reporting (equipment, trends and best practices)
• An enabler for site specific EHS program
