Job summary

Home Credit Philippines is seeking a Facilities Specialist to manage day-to-day facilities operations, implement policies, and serve as the Safety Officer across sites in the Metro Manila area. The role involves administrative and technical tasks, vendor coordination, and data interpretation to support efficient site management.

Qualifications

• 5 years minimum experience in BPO industry, corporate and office setting.
• Must be comfortable working with minimal supervision and also working in a team setting.
• Should be technically-inclined and good organizational skills.
• Communication skills should be excellent and they must be able to multitask.
• An eye for detail or good attention to details.

Responsibilities

• Provide Administrative Assistance (Facilitate Leases renewals, Permits and compliances).
• Provide Technical Support.
• Requires daily interactions with colleagues including housekeeping, maintenance, vendors and internal/external customers as well.
• Collecting and interpreting data.
• Planning, organizing and execution of Preventive & Predictive Maintenance program.
• Responsible for the upkeep, maintenance & cleanliness of the office.
• Manage purchases, maintenance & register of field equipment/tools.
• Coordinate with maintenance, contractors and vendors to supervise and monitor pest control, plumbing, maintenance, electrical and other services as needed.
• Other duties as required such as Ad-hoc projects related to Facilities.
• Serves as Safety Officer.
