Job summary

CBRE Philippines is seeking a Facilities Supervisor to lead a team coordinating with clients, vendors and contractors to ensure work orders are completed on time and to standard. You will oversee daily activities, maintenance scheduling, and adherence to procedures while supporting property managers.

You will analyze work-order data, present progress to management, and identify efficiency gains. Strong MS Office skills, leadership and problem-solving are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of job-related experience (supervisory/shift management preferred).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities. Establish work schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff.
• Point of contact for escalated communications between landlord, tenants, and service providers by ensuring procedures, policies, and reporting formats are understood and implemented.
• Arrange for regular maintenance of equipment.
• Review data from work order reports and create and present performance and progress reports to management, suggesting efficiency improvements.
• Design and oversee the schedule for cleaning and disinfecting the building.
• Conduct market research and compare costs and benefits when evaluating new vendors.
• Keep track of regular and ad-hoc facility expenses.
• Resolve complex problems and identify appropriate approaches to existing solutions to accomplish team objectives.
• May establish new techniques to ensure the team meets objectives.
• Has a direct impact on team objectives and related teams.
• Ensure personal and team outcomes positively impact customer objectives.
• Lead by example and model CBRE RISE values, guiding staff through procedures and building consensus.
