Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Technical Facility Coordinator to support mission-critical facility activities. You will bridge technical and administrative operations, gather and analyze data, and ensure processes are implemented and controlled effectively.

You will provide administrative support, including report generation, inventory management, shift scheduling, and site inductions, while ensuring health and safety procedures are followed under supervision.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or diploma in Business Administration, Facilities Management, or related field.
• 2–3 years in administrative support or facilities coordination.
• Strong MS Office and data analysis skills.
• Experience with CMMS like Corrigo or Maximo.
• Excellent communication and ability to coordinate with engineers, vendors, and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive administrative support as part of Operations team, coordinating with engineers, technicians, vendors, and client stakeholders.
• Perform data-gathering and analysis to ensure site processes are implemented, tracked, and improved.
• Generate reports, manage inventory, coordinate shift scheduling, and support site inductions.
• Ensure health and safety procedures are documented and followed under guidance of Safety Officer.
• Assist with risk management, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning per firm guidelines.
• Interface with client staff and vendors to deliver efficient services and manage priorities.
• Support compliance reporting and audit processes with accurate documentation.
