Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a senior facilities leader to oversee all building systems and lead a team of engineers and technicians. You will act as the technical authority and partner to the Account Manager, driving the 52-week preventive maintenance program while upholding safety and compliance standards.

You will optimize mechanical and electrical systems, develop high-performing teams, and shape operational strategy to support the digital economy.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and RME/REE license required.
10+ years in data center engineering, operations and maintenance supervision.
Strong vendor management and contract negotiation experience.
Experience with UPS, PACU, FDAS and FSS in critical facilities.
Excellent communication to executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Oversee operations and maintenance of all building systems and train operating staff.
Inform Account Manager about facility status and strategic equipment recommendations.
Coordinate with Client Data Center Manager to ensure 52-week PM activities and reactive tasks meet SLAs.
Ensure shifts are staffed with qualified technicians and supervise critical equipment operations.
Implement the Critical Environment Management (CEM) program across all shifts and train staff.
Analyze facility status, plan tech refreshes, and contribute to annual maintenance plans.
Manage OPEX and CAPEX budgets; ensure accurate reports and support ISO/compliance.
