Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Property Consultants Pte Ltd is seeking a facilities coordinator to act as the trusted right hand for all facilities-related activities. You will perform routine site inspections to ensure building processes and safety practices are followed and opportunities for cost savings are identified.

Additionally, you will provide admin support, front desk duties, and basic housekeeping, while helping to meet KPIs and service level agreements.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities, property management or hospitality.
• Understanding of local occupational health and safety requirements.
• Proven ability to meet service levels and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine site inspections to ensure building processes and best practices are maintained.
• Provide admin support including front desk duties and appointment coordination.
• Liaise with clients and suppliers onsite to identify requirements and procurement needs.
• Assist in budgeting, vendor procurement and cost saving initiatives.
• Support risk management programs, disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
• Uphold safety procedures and escalate incidents per company guidelines.
