CBRE Asia Pacific is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to join our team in Cebu City and other Philippine locations. You will work with clients, vendors, and contractors to ensure facility tasks and work orders are completed on time and to standard.

In this role you will support operations across a portfolio of assets, assist with repairs, maintenance plans, and communications with property managers. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma and strong organizational skills.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of related experience.
• Ability to follow basic work routines and standards.
• Strong communication to exchange straightforward information.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
• Basic math skills for percentages, discounts, and markups.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate with landlords, tenants and service providers to ensure procedures are followed.
• Acknowledge client inquiries and collect work orders.
• Collect information to assess performance and progress.
• File work orders, proposals, and department files.
• Monitor external activities like waste disposal and recycling.
• Follow instructions and seek clarifications when needed.
• Respond to inquiries from clients, co-workers, and supervisors.
• Apply existing procedures to solve straightforward problems under supervision.
• Deliver outputs by following defined procedures.
