Job summary

CBRE GWS IFM PHILS. CORP. is seeking a Facilities Associate in Metro Manila to oversee team activities, coordinate with clients, vendors, and contractors, and ensure work orders are completed efficiently.

This role sits within the Facilities Management function, supporting Property Managers with repairs and investment plans. You’ll review work orders, allocate tasks, and prepare performance reports for management.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 3-4 years of job-related experience.
• Knowledge of a range of processes, procedures, systems, and concepts within own function.
• Ability to evaluate and communicate unusual and/or complex content concisely and logically.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Point of contact for escalated communications between landlord, tenants, and service providers by ensuring procedures are understood and implemented.
• Allocate work orders and schedule repairs from requests.
• Review data from work order reports and create and present performance and progress status reports to management.
• Review all work orders, proposals, department files, and other paperwork submitted by vendors for accuracy and compliance.
• Check rooms and furniture to identify needs for repairs or renovations.
• Fix minor malfunctions in office equipment.
• Research new services and appliances to facilitate operations.
• Gather and analyze data to identify and solve complex problems that arise with little or no precedent.
