Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff, conduct performance evaluations, and handle recruitment.
• Schedule daily activities, set work schedules, and coach team.
• Coordinate repairs and maintenance with technicians, vendors, and contractors.
• Manage capital projects and operating budgets.
• Maintain client relationships and resolve facility issues.
• Ensure safety procedures and regulatory compliance.
• Review vendor quotes and manage invoicing.
