CBRE GWS IFM PHILS. CORP. is seeking a Facilities Manager to lead a team responsible for operating and maintaining a portfolio of facilities. You will oversee staff performance, plan budgets, and manage vendor partnerships to ensure high standards of service.

The role emphasizes training, safety, compliance, and developing operational efficiencies while maintaining strong client relationships and delivering reliable facility services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant facilities management experience.
• Facility Management certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license may be required.
• Experience in staffing, training, development, coaching, measuring and rewarding performance.

Responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision to employees; monitor training and development; conduct performance evaluations and coaching.
• Schedule and manage the team's daily activities; establish work schedules and assign tasks.
• Coordinate and manage facility repairs and maintenance with technicians, vendors, and contractors.
• Maintain positive client relationships and conduct meetings on unresolved facility issues.
• Prepare and manage capital projects, operating budgets and variance reports.
• Perform facility inspections for compliance with local, state and federal regulations; suggest operational improvements.
• Oversee vendor relationships and invoicing; review quotes for parts, services and labor for projects.
• Conduct process and procedure training on maintenance, repairs and safety best practices.
• Lead by example and promote CBRE RISE values; align actions with team and departmental objectives.
• Identify and resolve day-to-day and moderately complex issues within existing systems.
