Job summary

HCLTech Philippines is seeking a facilities operations professional to manage night‑shift activities, coordinate with BUH/business teams, and oversee store inventory and stock checks across sites. The role requires hands‑on operation, strong communication with stakeholders, and adherence to governance standards.

You will lead vendor meetings, prepare minutes, support vendor selection and renewals, drive cost‑saving initiatives, and handle audits, BCM readiness, access reconciliation, and CCTV

• Handle Night Shift facilities operations
• Coordinate with BUH/business teams.
• Manage store inventory and stock checks.
• Conduct vendor meetings and prepare minutes for tracking
• Support vendor selection and renewals.
• Drive cost-saving initiatives.
• Handle customer visits and events
• Handle internal/external audits and compliances.
• Validate IFMS attendance and SLA.
• Ensure BCM readiness and fast recovery.
• Work on Access Reconciliation and CCTV operations
• Conduct Business Connects and take proactive facilities feedback
