• Provide regular status updates to AVP/VP Facilities.

Job description

This role is primarily responsible for managing day-to-day operations of all Engineering Services & Maintenance, ensuring efficient and timely support by identifying and developing vendors to achieve a 99.9% uptime.

• Facilitate and identify potential areas for improvement and articulate the benefits
• Carry out specific testing of all equipment from BCP point of view.
• Identify & screen vendors who can carry out day-to-day maintenance work in all centers, as well as new initiatives undertaken
• Supervise the execution of all new jobs and ensuring timely completion
• Conduct a quality check on the workmanship & materials used by identified vendor
• Prepare the budgets for all maintenance works by conducting a thorough research on available quotations in the market
• Preparing an MIS for all expenses incurred for all maintenance initiatives
• Conduct regular checks and verification to ensure all systems and processes functioning efficiently.
• Make a note of problems and ensure their timely resolution
• Give regular status updates to the AVP / VP Facilities
