UAAGI Distributors Inc. seeks a Building and Facilities Maintenance Officer to oversee maintenance activities, monitor building operations, and ensure safety and cleanliness across offices and warehouses.

The role requires 2–3 years in automotive/warehouse settings, strong planning and communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. On-site work with standard hours and responsibilities is expected.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist Admin Supervisor/HR Manager in monitoring maintenance personnel and processes.
• Monitor building/facilities to ensure timely maintenance.
• Process Maintenance Job Requests and coordinate with parties.
• Inspect facilities and ensure cleanliness and safety compliance.
• Schedule and delegate maintenance tasks to personnel.
• Coordinate with Purchasing for supplies and service quotations.
• Maintain documentation of requests and admin files.
